No e-commerce returns will be accepted without a prior notice to WhitePHOENIXarts.

  1. E-mail notice to info@whitephoenixarts.com

  2. Include the tracking number and freight carrier information

  3. If multiple items, indicate which items are being shipped back and in which container

  4. A Return Authorization may be requested up to 15 days from the shipping invoice date.

 

Returns and credits are only accepted for items purchased via our online store.

 

Items must be returned in its original condition and including the original packaging.

 

It is highly suggested to use a traceable shipping method for all return items.

 

If the item is being returned for a credit or exchange, no credit or exchange will be issued until the item has been inspected.  We DO NOT keep credit card information on file and will call you to obtain the appropriate information should we decide to issue a credit.

  1. Exchanges, if approved, will be issued out and shipped within 30 days of receiving the package. 

  2. Credits shall be valid for 1 year of date of issue.

  3. At our discretion, we may issue a company check to reimburse you instead.

 

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and are paid by you.  The customer is responsible for all shipping charges and insurance on all return/ exchange shipments.

 

A 10% inspection and restocking fee will apply to all returns

 

Any deviation from the return policy outlined above will result in a delay of your refund or exchange, additional restocking fees or refusal of your return.

 

**NOTE: Only WhitePHOENIXarts licensed products can be returned and credited on the online store.

Custom or commissioned projects, goods, or services cannot be returned or credited unless stated in your Contract of Service Agreement.  Please contact your WhitePHOENIXarts consultant or project manager for more information of Return and Exchange Policies.
