Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

RETURNS

 

All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

 

RETURN PROCESS

 

No e-commerce returns will be accepted without prior notice to WhitePHOENIXarts.

Include the tracking number and freight carrier information

If multiple items, indicate which items are being shipped back and in which container

A Return Authorization may be requested up to 15 days from the shipping invoice date.

Returns and credits are only accepted for items purchased via our online store.

Items must be returned in its original condition and including the original packaging.

 

It is highly suggested to use a traceable shipping method for all return items.

 

If the item is being returned for a credit or exchange, no credit or exchange will be issued until the item has been inspected.  We DO NOT keep credit card information on file and will call you to obtain the appropriate information should we decide to issue a credit.

 

Exchanges, if approved, will be issued out and shipped within 30 days of receiving the package. 

Credits shall be valid for 1 year of the date of the issue.

At our discretion, we may issue a company check to reimburse you instead.

 

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and are paid by you.  The customer is responsible for all shipping charges and insurance on all return/ exchange shipments.

 

A 10% inspection and restocking fee will apply to all returns

 

Any deviation from the return policy outlined above will result in a delay of your refund or exchange, additional restocking fees or refusal of your return.

 

​Custom or commissioned projects, goods, or services cannot be returned or credited unless stated in your Contract of Service Agreement.  Please contact your WhitePHOENIXarts consultant or project manager for more information on Return and Exchange Policies.

REFUNDS

 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 60 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
